The compensation of AHR agents is extremely competitive. Other real estate agents may offer discount rates, however they typically impose additional fees or costs, sometimes referred to as "broker's administrative fees", "retainer fees", or "marketing fees". At AHR, we never impose broker's administrative OR retainer fees in addition to the already agreed upon commission rate.  In fact, you do not pay us anything until closing! Ask us about AHR's variable rate commissions for even more potential savings.
